Easy Halloween treats

Below are three other super easy, but delicious, halloween treat ideas. Give them a try!!!

Easy Doughnuts


Ingredients:
1 can biscuits
oil (for frying)
powdered sugar

Directions: Heat vegetable oil in fryer to 300-350 degrees F (you could also use a stainless steel pan heated to med.-high if you don't have a fryer. Open can of biscuits and separate. Using your hands, create a hole in the center of each biscuit to form an "O". Place dough in hot oil and fry 30-45 on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from oil and place directly into powdered sugar to coat. Allow doughnuts to cool and then eat! :)

Choc. Chip Pumpkin cookies


Ingredients:

1 box spice cake mix

1 -15 oz. can pumpkin puree

6 oz. choc. chips (1/2 bag)


Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet and set aside. In an electric mixer combine cake mix and pumpkin puree. Blend on med. speed until well combined; add choc. chips. Place tablespoon size cookie dough on greased pan 1-2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool on pan 2-3 minutes. Eat and Enjoy!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds


Rinse pumpkin seeds under cold water and remove pulp and strings. Place pumpkin seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet, stirring to coat. If you prefer, omit the oil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and bake 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until toasted (check and stir after 10 minutes). Let cool and store in air-tight container.
