CTE Intro. Sewing Materials

In combination with our childcare unit, students will be making a crayon roll for their sewing project. They will need the following materials by Tuesday September 11, 2012.

-1 pre-cut fabric square (aka: fat quarter 18x21")
- 1 spool all purpose thread

My Plate

To go along with the new Dietary Guidelines that came out this past year the USDA has also come out with the new MY Plate to replace the old My Pyramid. We will still be talking a lot about the pyramid in class but we will also get to explore and learn about the new My Plate program.
