Deep Dish Choc. Chip Cookie in a Cup

Ingredients
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 drops of vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg yolk.

Add in the flour and salt.

Mix until combined.

Add in the chocolate chips.

Put the dough into a small microwaveable bowl or mug.

Microwave for 40-60 seconds or until the cookie looks done.

Vanishing Rolls Recipe

Vanishing Rolls

Ingredients:
1 refrigerator biscuits per person
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
½ a large marshmallows per person

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375*.

In a microwave safe bowl melt butter in microwave for 20 seconds.

In a small bowl mix cinnamon and sugar until combined.

Cut marshmallows in half and roll in melted butter, then cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Pat each biscuit flat. Wrap the marshmallows in biscuit and seal the edges. (Do not get sugar on edges of biscuit or it will not seal)

Place in oven for 11-13 minutes or until lightly brown

Let cool 1-3 minutes and enjoy!

CTE Intro. Sewing Materials

In combination with our childcare unit, students will be making a crayon roll for their sewing project. They will need the following materials by Tuesday September 11, 2012.

-1 pre-cut fabric square (aka: fat quarter 18x21")
- 1 spool all purpose thread
